Electronic Public Engagement in Decision-Making: How It Is Happens Abroad

Iveta Kažoka, a policy analyst at the Centre for Public Policy PROVIDUS, in cooperation with the Ukrainian think tank CEDOS, picked up the Top-10 tools of e-governance in Europe.

Top ten included: British open data portal "Open Parliament", site with information requests to the EU government, Estonian platform on ideas crowdsourcing, portal with solutions on everyday urban problems in the UK, and others.
